In the capacity of the Marketing Executive role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing projects from the initial brief to delivery and performance analysis. You will coordinate campaigns, manage content, increase visibility, and ensure that every action supports the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute online and offline marketing campaigns by product and service.
- Design and lead B2B digital initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Work with our designer to develop effective and dynamic marketing and branding materials.
- Create engaging content to manage and optimize our LinkedIn and Facebook pages, and ensure our website is up to date.
- Analyze campaign and platform performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market trends.
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and management teams.
Required Profile and Qualifications
- Team spirit, curiosity, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operational and B2B marketing.
- Degree in marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
- Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn campaigns, Mailchimp, and CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to design, coordinate, and measure comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable with numbers and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the IT services and/or cybersecurity industry (a plus).
