About the Role
A renowned international luxury brand specialising in handcrafted jewellery, sculptures, and objets d’art inspired by nature, wildlife, and African heritage is seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Representative to join its Atelier in the North. This role suits someone who embodies elegance, professionalism, and genuine warmth and who delivers a high-end, personalised client experience to a discerning local and international clientele.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:30 | Saturday: 09:00–12:30 | Location: North of Mauritius
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through warm welcome, refined storytelling, and personalised product presentation
Guide clients in selecting pieces, explaining product details, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
Manage sales administration, including invoicing, quotations, VAT refunds, special orders, and client follow-ups
Maintain impeccable boutique presentation in line with luxury brand standards
Support stock operations (reorders, stocktakes, price lists, packaging, gift-wrapping)
Coordinate customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Support boutique events and daily operational tasks
Required Skills
experience with DEAR/Cin7Core is an advantage, a third language (Italian, German, Mandarin or any other) is a strong advantage given the international clientele.
