We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Consultant (ICT Sales Engineer) to help drive our growth by delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions to our clients.
Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of our ICT product portfolio
- Identify and engage potential clients who need innovative ICT solutions
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and understand their specific needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored ICT solutions
- Prepare and present proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our offerings
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in ICT technology
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT solutions
- Ability to identify, qualify, and translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, results-oriented and able to build lasting client relationships
- Valid private car driving licence
