About the Role
The Administrative Staff plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization in Port-Louis. This full-time position is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. As a member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth running of our office and contribute to the overall success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling phone inquiries and filing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes as needed.
- Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and coordinate delivery logistics with warehouse, internal staff and transport partners.
-Support the sales team with order processing, after-sales documentation and stock availability
- Maintain and update sales transaction records, quotations and client accounts (both electronic and paper-based), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
