Position: Technical Business Application Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Application Specialist to support the development, integration, and maintenance of IT applications and data solutions. The role focuses on improving system performance, data quality, and reporting capabilities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Perform data analysis to enhance data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Integrate multiple systems and support application upgrades.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to implement IT solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in application development or technical support.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
