Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated ICT Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT, network, and communication systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT, network, video conferencing, and voice systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Assist with IT and AV projects, system upgrades, and new installations
- Maintain accurate documentation, user guides, and asset records
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and company policies
- Deliver basic user training and technical guidance when required
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
- Previous experience in an ICT support or technical role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, operating systems, and common business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
