**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the electrical products sector.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of electrical products to existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and identify and pursue new business opportunities (both online and in person).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
