Position: Functional Business Application Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Functional Business Application Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of business applications, particularly ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central. The role focuses on ensuring that applications align with business needs across operations such as finance, supply chain, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and manage the functional features of ERP, CRM, and Power BI solutions.
- Configure, implement, and test business applications based on project requirements.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and functional guidance to employees.
- Facilitate the effective use of ERP systems to manage stock, sales, installation, and aftersales services.
- Deliver user training and assist team members with system adoption.
- Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system integration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in ERP or business application support.
- Good functional knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.

- Good communication skills in English and French.
