Position Overview:
As a Guest Relations Officer for Azuri village, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of property and assets within the Azuri common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surveillance:Proficient use of CCTV systems to monitor estate perimeters, identify irregularities, and report incidents to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
- Patrol & Roster: Under advice of the Guest Relation Supervisor perform regular patrols, ensure safety of residents and Estate properties, observe and report security/safety breaches.
- Guest Relations: Welcome and guide residents, owners and guests politely, handle queries, maintain professional conduct.
- Procedures: Always follow procedures.
- Observations and reports: Log incidents accurately and report them in a timely and confidential manner to the Guest Relation Supervisor
- Crisis Management:Calm and effective response to emergencies or unexpected situations. Respond quickly to emergencies.
