We are seeking a motivated ICT Solutions Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge with your sales skills to deliver innovative ICT solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our ICT products and services.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients seeking ICT solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals that clearly communicate the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in ICT sales or a similar client-facing role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT products and services.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
- Valid private car driving licence.
