What Youll Do
- Support & Troubleshoot: Provide hands-on IT technical support, resolve incidents, and maintain systems and networks.
- Analyse & Design: Gather requirements, map business processes, and design optimized CRM, HRMS and ERP solutions.
- Integrate & Migrate: Plan data migrations from legacy systems and collaborate with the technical team for seamless system integration.
- Test & Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance before deployment.
- Train & Support: Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Secure & Maintain: Keep systems updated, manage IT assets, and help ensure network security and stability.
What Were Looking For
- A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
- Solid technical skills with experience in CRM, HRMS or ERP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to stay updated on emerging technologies.
Attractive Salary: Rs33,000 Rs36,000 per month
