Job Purpose
To provide support in the daily supply chain activities such as purchasing, stock control, and delivery follow-up, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Main Duties
- 
Prepare and process purchase orders.
 
- 
Follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
 
- 
Keep records of stock and update inventory systems.
 
- 
Check invoices, delivery notes, and orders for accuracy.
 
- 
Assist in preparing shipping and delivery documents.
 
- 
File and update supply chain documents.
 
- 
Work with other departments (finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure goods and information flow correctly.
 
- 
Report any issues or delays to the supervisor.
 
Requirements
- 
Minimum: Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
 
- 
Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or admin work is an advantage.
 
- 
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 
- 
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
 
- 
Good communication skills and team spirit.
