Are you a results-driven sales professional with a consultative mindset and experience managing corporate clients? We are looking for a Corporate Sales & Account Executive to manage end-to-end sales activities and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
- Handle incoming enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Advise corporate clients on product selection, customisation options, and delivery timelines.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term corporate client relationships.
Sales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Reactivate dormant customers and develop new corporate accounts.
- Propose and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Quotations, CRM & Order Processing
- Prepare and issue quotations using a structured pricing process.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion.
- Ensure full payment is received before order processing.
- Submit complete and accurate order details to Operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Relevant experience in sales, corporate account management, or customer-facing roles.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, payment terms).
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Other Requirements
- Valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Willingness to attend client meetings and events when required.
