ABOUT THE ROLE :
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team's daily operations, participating in marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth planning and delivery processes.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES :
• Provide comprehensive support to the Sales and Marketing Department • Assist with order processing and delivery coordination • Manage and monitor planning and delivery schedules • Handle communication, responding on behalf of the team when necessary • Maintain and update sales and inventory data • Support marketing campaigns and corporate sales activities
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail • Proficiency in data entry and database management • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with inventory management systems (PREFERRED) • Familiarity with sales and marketing processes (PREFERRED)
