Your Role and Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant shall assist in the showroom operational needs by ensuring core functions, such as assisting customers in buying decisions, optimum stock control and excellent customer service.
- Learn about the range of products we have and their purpose
- Should assist in merchandising and housekeeping of the store. Take client orders through calls, face to face interactions or online.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries
- Duties include receiving and directing visitors, word processing creating spreadsheets, filing and data entry
- Maintain and follow credit terms and payments
- Computer literacy and admin knowledge to compute sales transaction
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Report sales trends to Head Office
- Additional duties may arise according to circumstances
- Must be well presented, punctual and respectful.
- Experience in the hardware (Quincaillerie) industry will be highly regarded.
REMUNERATION:
During Training:
Base Salary: (Depends on Experience)
After Training
Base Salary + Bonus Presence + Performance Bonus*(At Directors discretion)
Conditions:
CSG registered
Training period: 1 month* (Depends on progress)
Salary payable end of month through bank.
