Job Purpose:
Support the safe and timely preparation of all hot meals/dishes for airlines
Key duties:
- Ensure the quality of food produced and served are as per set standard and specifications.
- Prepare “mise-en-place” of all foodstuffs as appropriate.
- tart cooking by executing processes according to specificity of meal.
- Participate in Airline Meal Presentation.
- Complies with grooming and hygiene as per internal policies
- Any other duties as assigned for the position.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NC 3 or equivalent
- Two years proven experience working as Assistant Cook or Cook
- Knowledge of HACCP would be a plus
- Updated Foodhandler Certificate readily available
- Valid & Clean Certificate of Character
