Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with Finance & Controlling department (Accounting, Procurement & HR).
- To process accounting documents, requisitions, invoices, expense accounts and other operating reports.
- To handle accounting entries on the system.
- To maintain positive relationship with clients
- To file related financial & other related documents.
- To cope with other ad hoc duties.
- To assist in HR duties and reporting of accounts.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- HSC/Diploma/Degree.
- Experience as Trainee Accounts will be a definite advantage.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
- Learn about the range of products we have and their purpose
- Perform administrative and office support activities
- Ability to understand accounts and comfortable to write reports
About You:
- Excellent people & negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills
- Experience in building construction industry would be a bonus
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience
- Be professionally presented
- Must be Punctual and Absences not tolerated
