Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the brand’s retail success. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner—at the boutique, via phone, or at special events (e.g., pop-ups, festive markets, or other assigned locations).
- Providing detailed product and service information, answering customer queries, and promoting new arrivals and offers.
- Accurately handling sales transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment that aligns with Spa Ceylon’s luxury standards.
- Conducting inventory checks and assisting with stock replenishment and display setups.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Staying updated on product knowledge, brand, wellness benefits, and ongoing promotions.
- Actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.
- Managing customer complaints professionally and escalating complex issues to the management.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members when required.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and proposing creative strategies to drive performance.

- Experience in retail, cosmetics, or luxury sales is an advantage
