The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support in an efficient and effective manner.
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Keeping the office area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, when required.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Company Secretarial department, including responding to emails, phone calls and letters
- Act as the point of contact across the company for all administrative assignments, tasks and queries.
- Communicate with suppliers and assist in purchases
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills- both English and French.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities on own initiative
