Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team! If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced showroom environment, this could be the role for you.
Main Duties
1. Greet customers when they arrive at the showroom and inquire into their purpose of visit.
2. Demonstrate active listening. Show reactiveness and proactivity and assist customers as far as possible in order to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Lead or escort customers to their desired locations within the showroom or provide them with directions.
4. Assist customers in locating items of their choice and provide them with information on its features.
5. Always ensure that correct and relevant information is provided to customers.
6. Process payments of clients by cash or IB.
7. Ensure that products are verified accordingly prior to delivery.
8. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of showroom by coordinating custodial services.
9. Liaising with the Showroom Manager to highlight any training issues which may be identified.
10. Handle customer complaints by ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all levels
11. Answering all phone calls.
12. Assisting Showroom Manager with display and layout of showroom and visuals
13. Ensuring emails are verified and processed throughout the day.
14. Verify items in stock and ensure products replenishment is done accordingly.
15. Carry out administrative tasks when required, i.e., update stock list.
16. Ensure that the store is always tidy and clean
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Qualification: SC holder
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
- Driving Licence: Mandatory. Owning a car will be an advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and French
- Location Advantage: Candidates living in the North or within 45 minutes from Pamplemousses are preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday-Shift-based:
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
