Job Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator supports CADAC’s sales team in promoting outdoor cooking and camping products via traditional and e-commerce channels. Duties include administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring operations meet sales goals. Key duties :
• Sales Support: Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for CADAC’s grills and camping products for in-store and online sales.
• Client Communication: Handle customer inquiries about CADAC products, providing prompt responses and after-sales support via phone, email, or e-commerce platforms.
• Order Processing: Track orders, including e-commerce, and coordinate with logistics for accurate, timely delivery of CADAC products.
• E-commerce Management: Update product listings on platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
• CRM Management: Update customer data and sales leads in CRM systems like Salesforce for traditional and online channels.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor CADAC product stock for stores and online, coordinating with supply chain to ensure availability.
• Sales Reporting: Analyze sales and e-commerce metrics, like conversion rates, to provide insights for CADAC products.
• Marketing Collaboration: Support promotional campaigns, online ads, and email marketing for CADAC products.
• Event Coordination: Assist with sales events, trade shows, or virtual demos to showcase CADAC’s outdoor solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues from online or in-store purchases, escalating complex cases to ensure satisfaction.
• E-commerce Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor online sales, engagement, and traffic for CADAC products.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Higher School Certificate (HSC) is a minimum. Any additional diploma or other in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience with e-commerce, sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, orders, and documentation under tight deadlines, including e-commerce workflows.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in processing orders, managing data, and preparing sales and e-commerce materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to provide outstanding service and build lasting relationships with CADAC customers, both in-person and online.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with outdoor cooking or camping products is advantageous, with an ability to learn CADAC’s product range quickly.
• E-commerce Skills:
o Ability to optimize product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate pricing to enhance online visibility.
o Knowledge of order processing or inventory management systems
o Understanding of online customer journey, from product discovery to purchase and post-sale support.
o Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, such as email campaigns or social media ads, to support e-commerce sales.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities or customer needs in both traditional and e-commerce settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, client meetings, or training sessions.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
