Junior AI Automation Consultant
We are looking for a passionate and curious Junior AI Automation Consultant to join an amazing growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 3 years of experience to work on real-world automation and AI-enabled digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys solving problems, and is ready to grow into a full-fledged AI automation professional. The role also offers the chance to contribute to digitization initiatives, helping clients transition from manual to digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Automation: Build simple to intermediate automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Python Scripting: Use Python for data processing, basic ML tasks, and automation scripting.
- Excel & Data Handling: Clean, manipulate, and reconcile Excel-based datasets efficiently.
- SQL & Data Retrieval: Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting from relational databases.
- Documentation: Create user-friendly documentation for workflows, automations, and technical steps.
- Learning & Development: Stay updated on new RPA tools and AI trends. Learn about modern digitization strategies and tools to support client needs.
- Communication: Work with business users to understand manual processes and propose automation opportunities. Support digital transformation by identifying opportunities for digitization of paperwork.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and consultants to deliver client solutions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Knowledge of Python programming (basic scripting, automation, or data handling).
- Exposure to RPA platforms like UiPath or Power Automate (hands-on or self-taught).
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Understanding of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data cleansing techniques.
- Some experience in software development, web apps, or scripting is a plus.
- Clear communication and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for automation and using tech to make work easier and smarter.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform or Excel VBA.
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) or APIs is appreciated.
- Personal or academic projects demonstrating initiative in automation or AI.
