Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Reporting to: Sales and Operations Manager
Main Mission:
As a Sales Representative, you will assist the Business Development team by identifying prospects, supporting client engagement, preparing commercial materials, and helping manage the sales pipeline. You will be an essential part of the commercial success of the company in the international logistics and supply chain sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Sales and Operations Manager in prospecting and qualifying new leads.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct market and client research to help identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to support the sales cycle.
- Help coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up communications.
- Ensure proper handover of signed clients to the operations and onboarding teams.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to provide useful insights to the team.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs and pipeline progress.
- Participate in client meetings and trade shows as needed.
Profile Sought :
- Degree in Business, Sales, International Trade, or Logistics would be a plus.
- A first experience or strong interest in B2B sales and/or international logistics is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
