Job Title: Logistics Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business opportunities while maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new customers while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads as per management targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Conduct regular client visits to promote services and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure timely and professional follow-up on all customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of service contracts.
- Promote the full range of services and coordinate sales efforts across different departments.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support business development strategies.
- Participate actively in weekly/monthly sales meetings and contribute insights.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Valid and clean driving license.
