Main duties
-Welcomes clients and attend to their queries when needed
-Handles customer calls
-Calls clients when their order is ready
-Sends invoices by email
-Prepares Delivery note upon delivery to clients
-Prepares receipts for cash payments
-Keeps the cash register
-Filing duties
-Invoicing duties
Qualifications, Skills and Work Experience
-At least Higher School Certificate
-Hands on practical knowledge of Microsoft tools
-Fluency in oral French and English
-Good written French and English
-Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-A minimum of 2 years working experience in as similar position
-Previous work experience in the printing sector will be an advantage
