Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with licences, regulatory approvals, and proper operational setup of QSR outlets.
- Develop, implement, and enforce food safety standards, SOPs, and operational manuals.
- Monitor and drive sales performance across all channels to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff while fostering a strong customer-centric culture.
- Conduct weekly outlet visits, audits, QAA checks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Oversee food cost control, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and stock audits.
- Manage workforce planning, staff productivity, scheduling, and overtime control.
- Maintain operational excellence, service quality, and consistent product standards across outlets.
- Ensure strong cash management, POS monitoring, financial discipline, and accurate reporting.
- Support business expansion, franchise development, marketing initiatives, and overall P&L performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same field will be an advantage
- Valid driving license
