We are an expanding technology company providing innovative HR-related products and services to businesses across Mauritius. To support our regional growth, we are looking for four well-connected local ambassadors to spearhead our B2B sales in their respective districts.
Your mission is to leverage your existing network to identify local businesses—ranging from SMEs to large hotel and retail groups—that can benefit from our HR solutions. Your primary objective is to open the door, introduce the service, and secure a brief virtual demo for the client with our core internal team.
The Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based freelance role designed for self-starters seeking a lucrative side income without mandatory office hours.
— You will earn a highly competitive 15% to 20% commission on every B2B sale closed through your introduction.
— Zero fulfillment burden: Once the deal is closed, our internal Account Management team handles all product delivery and client support.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience in the B2B sales of services is a significant advantage. You are the ideal fit if you have a strong local network and fall into one of these categories:
— The B2B Service Professional: You already sell corporate services (insurance, software, commercial real estate) to local businesses.
— The Hospitality or Retail Veteran: You know the GMs and operational decision-makers at the major resorts, restaurants, or commercial centers in your region.
— The Freelance Business Consultant: You consult for SMEs and want to seamlessly offer them high-value HR products.
