Job Purpose:
The Chauffeur (Coursier) is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services to the director and the operations. This role supports both personal and professional mobility needs by ensuring timely travel, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and delivering exceptional service with professionalism and confidentiality. The Chauffeur contributes to the smooth functioning of daily activities by managing transportation logistics efficiently while upholding high standards of trust, respect, and discretion.
Key duties :
- Safely transport guests or directors to their destinations in a timely and safe manner.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving .
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their belongings.
- Keep track of vehicle maintenance and schedule appointments for regular servicing.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures .
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chauffeur or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Familiarity with GPS devices and map reading.
- Ability to lift heavy items and assist clients with loading and unloading .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Professional and neat appearance.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Morality certificate is mandatory.
- Ability to work with children is mandatory.
- Able to work odd hours.
