- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked with high-quality products. Monitor usage and minimize waste through effective inventory control.

- Menu Development: Curate drink menus that reflect simplicity, creativity, and customer preferences, consistently adding value through seasonal and innovative offerings.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage and monitor the bar & financial performance, adhering to budgetary goals and maximizing profitability without compromising quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of products and the best possible terms.
- Point-of-Sale Systems: Utilize POS systems and bar management software to track sales, manage stock, and drive operational efficiency.
- Billing: Reconciles cash, credit and debit card transactions or any other payment methods at the end of each shift, ensuring that the cash float and point-of-sales (POS) records balance accurately, and reports any discrepancies to management.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and continuously develop staff, focusing on cross-training to encourage flexibility and growth. Promote a culture of learning where team members are empowered to add value.
- Special Events Planning: Plan and manage bar-related special events to enhance customer engagement and sales.

*Main Responsibilities:*
- Inventory Management: Ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked and organized. Maintain and monitor stock levels, reordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Menu Creation: Develop creative, appealing drink menus that balance customer preferences with operational simplicity.
- Staff Scheduling: Determine and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet demand while promoting work-life balance.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring the bar is always presentable and safe.
- Sales & Customer Behavior Tracking: Monitor customer preferences and sales patterns to adapt offerings and maximize revenue.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage the bar’s budget, monitor costs, and find opportunities for financial improvement without compromising quality
- Recipe Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and detailed drink recipe documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Event Planning: Lead the organization and execution of special events, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
- Task Delegation: Appropriately delegate tasks to team members, fostering a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Purchasing & Vendor Relations: Select and purchase liquor and other supplies, maintaining productive relationships with vendors to secure the best products and prices.
- Team Leadership: Supervise bartenders and bar waitstaff, ensuring the team works together to deliver excellent service.
- Hiring & Training: Recruit, hire, train, and, when necessary, discipline staff.
- Regularly assess and promote team members based on performance and potential.
- Vendor Relations: Initiate and maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring quality products and timely deliveries.
- POS & Technology Use: Utilize point-of-sale systems and bar management platforms for accurate transaction tracking, sales analysis, and inventory control.
- Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments (cash or card) using registers and other payment platforms.
- Staff Development: Regularly cross-train employees to foster versatility, growth,and a collaborative team environment.
