Job Purpose:
Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations, including payroll, employee management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Duties:
- Update and manage daily employee attendance records.
- Handle expat management processes and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and prepare HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and updates.
- Support the HR Manager in general administrative tasks and HR projects.
