Job Purpose:
Supervise daily operations and lead a team to ensure productivity, efficiency, safety, compliance, and smooth logistics while monitoring performance and reporting on results.
Key Duties:
- Supervise and manage the operations team on a daily basis.
- Monitor and control daily production to meet targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage store operations, including inventory in/out control.
- Identify operational issues and implement problem-solving measures.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards across all processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in operations supervision, preferably in meat processing.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, monitor, and improve operational processes.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
