Job Purpose:
To efficiently manage HR functions, office operations, and monitor production/purchases/orders in a wooden furniture manufacturing company, ensuring smooth daily operations and record-keeping.
Key duties:
- Handle HR tasks including recruitment, employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws.Monitor production records, track raw material purchases, manage client orders, and maintain inventory logs for wood, fittings, and finished goods.
- Perform general office duties: manage correspondence, schedule meetings, coordinate with suppliers/clients, file documents, and support quality control reporting.
- Ensure office organization, handle petty cash, and assist in safety/training programs for manufacturing staff.[Attachment]
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Admin certification preferred.
- 2+ years experience in HR/office admin, ideally in manufacturing/furniture sector.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office/Excel for records; knowledge of Tally/ERP a plus.
Excellent communication, female candidate preferred for office management role.
