MAIN FUNCTION:
The Administrative Assistant provides general office support by handling administrative tasks, organizing information, and assisting staff and managers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Client Communication: Send quotes, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients.- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate installation and commissioningactivities.- Contract Management: Prepare, process, and track service contracts.- Accounts Support: Follow up with debtors and assist with tracking payments.- Database Management: Maintain and update the client database to ensureaccurate records.- Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and tracking usage.- General Administration: Support reporting, filing, and day-to-day officeoperations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:- At least HSC.- A diploma or degree in business administration or any other related would be considered an asset.- A previous experience in a similar role would constitute a definite advantage.
