The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service, managing stock and displays, and ensuring smooth daily store operations. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of products to provide accurate recommendations and drive sales
Process transactions efficiently using POS systems
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when necessary
Ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- School Certificate (SC) or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in the hardware or industrial sector.
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable with IT tools and POS systems.
