Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Schedule: Day / Evening / Weekend shifts
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, portioning)
- Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, counters, and surfaces
- Take out garbage and maintain waste areas
- Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials as needed
- Support kitchen staff in organizing and maintaining cleanliness during service hours
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor or chef
Requirements:
- No experience required (on-the-job training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment
- Physically fit
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a good attitude
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices
Assets:
- Previous experience in kitchen or janitorial work
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
