With over 23 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, procurement, logistics, and data analytics, I bring a unique combination of strategic decision-making, process optimization, and business intelligence expertise to drive efficiency and cost savings.
In my role as an Analyst in Procurement & Logistics, I leveraged my proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to automate reporting processes, reducing manual effort by 30%. I developed interactive dashboards that enabled leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs), leading to improved decision-making. Additionally, I streamlined contract and tender processes, enhancing cost efficiency and transparency while mitigating risk.
Working as an analyst in the procurement and logistics department has provided me with opportunities
to develop strategies for optimizing transport costs, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for group logistics, and developing an automated VBA platform that enables prompt data recording and reduces response time. My tenure as a Quality Assurance Engineer involved implementing quality control measures, conducting audits, and spearheading process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
