In my previous role as an HR Trainee at Constance Belle Mare Plage, I was responsible for a variety of tasks that strengthened my organizational and communication abilities. My responsibilities included coordinating cake orders for employees, filing documents for both leavers and current employees, attending to employee queries, sending emails, organizing files in alphabetical order, and preparing reference letters. These experiences provided me with a solid foundation in HR operations and enhanced my ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
During my internship at the registry department of the University of Technology, I was entrusted with overseeing daily operations and addressing various administrative responsibilities. From maintaining accurate records to delivering high-quality support services, this role enhanced my organizational and multitasking abilities. It also reinforced my capacity for detail-oriented work and effective problem-solving, ensuring smooth workflows within the department.
