I am a dedicated and versatile professional currently pursuing a BSc in Digital Marketing (2022–2025), with strong experience in administrative support, customer service, sales coordination, and digital content creation. Over the years, I have developed a solid foundation in real estate sales administration, social media management, client relationship management, and compliance-related procedures, particularly in the Mauritian context.
In my current role as a Sales Administrative Officer at Medine Property, I play a key role in the end-to-end sales process of villas, plots of land, and townhouses. My responsibilities include client onboarding, collecting and verifying KYC and Source of Funds documents, ensuring AML/CFT compliance, liaising with notaries, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients. I use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, follow up efficiently, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Alongside my administrative strengths, I have developed practical experience in digital marketing and content creation. As a former Web Support Intern and Community Manager at Rosemees, I produced web media content, managed editorial calendars, conducted data analysis, and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance. I also worked with Excel for data mining and quality control.
Additionally, I was actively involved in managing the social media pages for Deco Baz, where I created engaging content and built a small online community for a children-focused events and entertainment brand. This experience honed my skills in visual storytelling, audience engagement, and brand positioning across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
My early professional experience includes roles in animation and event entertainment at Pierre Poivre Entertainment and Deco Baz, where I provided face painting services, choreographed games, and interacted with children during live performances. These roles strengthened my communication skills, creativity, and ability to manage public-facing activities.
I also gained exposure to human resources functions during my time as a trainee at Inicia, where I handled filing, scanning, and HR document organization. This helped me build attention to detail and understand basic HR procedures.
