I am a savvy of culinary arts, actually performing as a Corporate Head Chef for three hotels located along the coast of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. I previously for 2 years was the Chef de Partie at Sainte Resorts & Spa in Seychelles and 5 yrs at Medine Ltd and currently in Canada
Cooking is more than a job, it offers me the standard of the life I crave. I am a bilingual culinary professional, inspired by my rich and multi-cultural Mauritian identity, speaking fluently English and French, driven with the desire learn more about social diversity. I am highly motivated to continuously exceed my guests’ dining experience, energised with the same culinary passion every time
