With over 24 years of experience in the tourism industry, I am actually a Team Leader for the Customer Excellence department in an Insurance Company and I have most recently held a management role as Head of Department at Constance Prince Maurice as Guest Experience and PR Manager ,Resort Manager at La Balise Marina and Personal Assistant to the Cluster General Manager for The St. Regis, Le Méridien, and The Westin. My career has also included diverse roles in administration, as well as international experience with Qatar Airways, where I served as a Cabin Attendant and later as Chief Cabin Crew.
These roles have equipped me with strong organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills. I am confident in my ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with colleagues, HODs, and executive teams alike.
