About
I recently completed my BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and have developed a strong interest in cybersecurity and secure systems. During my internship within a government IT division, I supported secure web applications and backend systems, gaining practical exposure to how critical data is managed and protected.
I was also selected as a Lead for the Future FinTech Champion (FFC) Programme under the Mauritius Africa FinTech Hub, where I was involved in fintech awareness initiatives focused on digital finance, emerging technologies, and risk considerations. This experience helped me better understand the intersection between technology, regulation, and financial systems.
I enjoy understanding how systems work, identifying potential weaknesses, and thinking about how they can be improved. I’m analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured and fast-paced environments. I’m particularly interested in cybersecurity operations, threat monitoring, and incident response, and I’m continuously working on strengthening my knowledge in these areas.
