I currently hold a BSc (Hons) Marketing from the Université des Mascareignes (represented by Universite de Limoges in France) and I have completed my Higher School Certificate (HSC) at James Burty David SSS. I have spent 3-4 years in total in various sales, customer service, marketing and management positions and would now like the opportunity to further my experience in your organisation. I am confident that I can bring useful skills and knowledge to the company in this position.
At Mango and XTI, I learned how to be patient and adapt with different types of customers while developing some organisational skills as it involves good placement of products to attract people.
During my times at the Indian film shooting, I developed managing and problem- solving skills while communicating with and helping mostly the Indian people.
In Kirby I developed negotiating and leadership skills by dealing with customers on point as it involves direct selling in their home. I also learned to be always positive.
At Glasslam, I learned how to manage a TikTok account while promoting its products. I was mainly looking for potential buyers to purchase its glass made trophies. Moreover, I also did some accounting work like calling debtors, filling of invoices and updating statement of accounts of all clients at Glasslam.
At Lemon Yellow, I am currently fully in charge of their social networks namely Facebook, Instagram and TikTok which I created for them. Moreover, I do marketing research mainly benchmarking to promote the brand and increase sales. I also filmed, photoshoot, edit and advertise their products. In addition, I am involved in some administrative tasks.
