Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide total administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team.
- To answer all telephone calls within 4 rings in the standards set by Corporate Office.
- Be the supporting liaison person between the Sales Team and internal/external Clients.
- Respond to all inquiries and requests from internal/external clients within 24 hours in a professional manner.
- Generate proposals and contracts based on information provided by supervising sales leaders.
- Process travel arrangements, expense claims, and other administrative processes in adherence to the S.O.P set forth by designated hotel.
- Collate reports and/or presentation materials as and when requested by the Director, Sales & Marketing.
- To undertake any other projects/duties as and when assigned by Director, Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
