- Greet every guest promptly and engage with every child upon entering the kids.
- Monitor all activities and ensure that no child is left unobserved.
- Check the Kids Club to make sure that things are neat and orderly at all times.
- Ensures all necessary forms are filled in by the parents
- Organizes the Childrens Gift, Card & Décor at the Kids Club as per events.
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly programme as per schedule.
- Ensure all Kids Club's rules & regulations are enforced at all time.
- Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained.
- Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours.
- Conversant and adherent to First Aid practices and Child Safety.
- True passion for children and a creative and caring mind.
- Minimum 1 years experience in luxury hotel.
- Certificate in Child Care or related field.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Be fluent in speaking and written English and French. Any additional language will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Positive Attitude while handling kids.
- To participate in leisure activities from time to time.
