Job Description:
This is a full-time position.
The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will be in charge of supervising the wait staff, ensuring that customers are served promptly and professionally, and that the restaurant is clean and organized.
The Head Waiter will also be responsible for assisting with menu planning and food preparation, as well as scheduling and training staff. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the wait staff and ensure that customers are served promptly and professionally.
Assist with menu planning and food preparation.
Ensure that the restaurant is clean and organized.
Schedule and train staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Manage inventory and order supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
