As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our digital marketing team, with a focus on the operations in France. You'll be responsible for spearheading paid search campaigns, ensuring their successful setup, execution, and ongoing optimization to achieve campaign objectives. Here's an overview of your key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of paid search campaigns for assigned advertisers, ensuring accountability and driving results.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to meet and exceed campaign objectives.
  • Manage reporting tools and conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Proactively communicate campaign status and updates to teams in France and/or French clients directly, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology advancements and best practices in PPC, incorporating relevant innovations into campaign strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and status calls with agency stakeholders to drive campaign innovation and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Develop and manage budgets for search engine marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
  • Conduct keyword research and forecast search volumes, cost rates, and engagement rates to inform campaign planning and strategy.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and identify opportunities for campaign improvement and differentiation.
  • Prepare client reports containing comprehensive insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of the overall search marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PPC advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
