Role purpose
The Operations Coordinator is tasked with supervising and ensuring the successful delivery of operational tasks related to assigned deliveries. This role involves overseeing a team of riders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, Support team, and Management to achieve operational excellence.
- Operating effectively in a high-volume transactional environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure, and maintaining a fast pace.
- Managing and supervising a team of riders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Ensuring seamless coordination between service providers and restaurant partners to meet delivery targets and fulfill tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Management or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered favorably.
Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
