WEIGHER

Reports to FIELD OFFICER.

Broad Function
The responsibility of the Weigher is to ensure that good quality of leaves are being send to the factory and also ensure that all Métayers are looking after their plot allocated to them.

Principal Responsibilities.
-On a daily basis, Weigher needs to conduct round on sector that is under his/herresponsibility.
-Ensure that maintenance is being conducted by Métayers in their respective field and to check on quality of green leaves.
-Ensure that Attendant working in respective shed carry work maintenance in respective section.
-1 st Weighing need to be done between 09:00 am to 10:15 am. Need to ensure good quality of leaves, record of same need to be done on weighing sheet and receipt should be issued to each Métayers.
-If there is 2 nd Weighing, process should be same as 1 st Weighing.
All records pertaining to 1 st and 2 nd Weighing should be input on an excel sheet.
-Weigher who will be on Day Guard must ensure that all data from each section is being updated in the daily crop bulletin.
-Input of daily weight must be done in record book for monthly record.
Follow up need to be done for pruning and skiffing (for renewal of Contract).
