The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of spa services to our guests, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

The Spa Therapist will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a safe and clean environment, and ensure the highest quality of treatments. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people feel their best.

Responsibilities:

Provide a range of spa services (massage, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing) to guests

Ensure the highest quality of treatments and customer service

Maintain a safe and clean environment

Follow all safety protocols and comply with all applicable laws

Greet guests and provide information on services and products

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist

Knowledge of various massage modalities and spa treatments

Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Must have valid certification from a recognized spa or massage school
