As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative and customer service assistance. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in person, via phone, or email.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the company's systems or software.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
